COVID-19 has disrupted shipping in many countries. Please check the status of your own country before you order.  



Delivery within Germany is €6 for all orders and depending on the size of the package, shipping is with either Deutsche Post or DHL.


Orders in the EU are shipped at a flat rate of €14.

Due to COVID-19 surcharges shipping to non-EU countries is currently exceptionally expensive; orders are shipped at a flat rate of €50.

Parcels are shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU)

Please note that the recipient is liable for any/all customs charges and local taxes, and that the delivery of items might be delayed due to being held at customs offices.

Kuratiert cannot advise on any delays or how much these charges might be, so please check with your country’s policies before ordering.



Ceramics are packed carefully and with every effort to avoid breakages. Postal insurance and tracking is purchased on orders over 100€ and when available.

Prints are sent either rolled or flat in stiff board envelopes and this is indicated on the product page. If you would prefer a different option to the one stated, please get in touch: [email protected]

In an effort to avoid wastage, much of the packing materials Kuratiert uses are recycled.



Before you return an item please email [email protected] stating your order, what you would like to return or exchange, and why.

Kuratiert is happy to refund any item you’re not happy with so long as you return it within 14 days of receipt.

In order to be eligible for a refund, items must be returned to us unused, in original packaging, and with all original tags still attached. Refunds will be credited to your original method of payment.



If you return goods via post please note that we are not liable for the costs. Please note that we are not liable for items lost in the post. Returned goods must be packaged securely as we will not accept returned goods that are damaged in transit.

Any refunds will be credited to your original payment method, please note that credit card companies only allow refunds to be made to the card used to pay for the original order. Please be aware that it can take as long as seven working days for a refund to be acknowledged by your credit card company.
